SmashTime Burger Co
An inventory bot plus a branded ordering site for a Bronx burger shop, their whole operation in one place. The bot runs on the Clover register they already use.

Most AI tools demo well, then break the first week you actually rely on them. Forge is the reason mine don't. It's the system I built to build everything else: every tool gets its idea questioned, its plan written down, its pieces tested as they are made, and then it gets deliberately attacked to find the problems before you ever see it.

The AI world moves fast, and keeping up used to cost me an hour a day lost to a feed. Signal does the reading for me. Twice a day it goes through a hand-picked list of the sharpest people in the field, throws out the noise, and leaves me one short plain-English brief of what actually changed.

Cue is my follow-up assistant. It keeps a profile on every person I've met and spoken to, so it knows the whole history with each one. I keep up every relationship without holding it all in my head. It drafts, I hit send, it never sends on its own.
